Second Provincial Grand Principal to be appointed as Grand Standard Bearer
It is already proving to be quite a year for Paul Cawte. Following his appointment as Second Provincial Grand Principal at the Provincial Convocation in March, Paul is to be further honoured on 28th April with an appointment to an office in Supreme Grand Chapter, as a Grand Standard Bearer.
Paul commented that “This came as a complete surprise to me and I am looking forward to the year ahead with great anticipation and it will help us to get the message across to all Craft Masons that the Royal Arch should be their next regular step in Freemasonry.
Our Grand Superintendent, Dr Richard Neale. said “Paul has worked hard in the past year to support the Province with many visits to Chapters as well as representing Buckinghamshire at the annual Convocations of other Provinces. He is well liked and a great asset to the Province. He now looks forward to an even busier time this coming year as Second Provincial Grand Principal as well as being an acting Officer of Grand Chapter. I am very pleased for him.”
