The Principals of the River Chapter present Paul Cawte with a cheque in gratitude for his talk on the Second Temple.
The Second Temple is a central part of the Royal Arch story, and it is a story rooted in historical fact; but how much do we actually know about it?
At their April convocation the members of the River Chapter were pleased to invite Paul Cawte to present his most recently completed talk entitled “The Second Temple”. The talk was enjoyed by all present and as a token of thanks the chapter presented Paul with a cheque for the charity of his choice. Paul said “I intend to donate this to the All Saints parish church in High Wycombe to go towards their appeal for essential structural work on the church building.”
Paul is the Royal Arch Provincial Information Officer, and he regards that part of his job is to give talks to chapters about Royal Arch subjects. He has quite a number of interesting talks that he has either researched and written himself or has acquired from contacts and acquaintances around the country. So far this year in addition to the River Chapter, Paul has presented talks to the Thames Schools and Bowen chapters.
Chapters that would like more information about arranging a talk from Paul can contact him through the Provincial Office.
