Deputy Grand Superintendent, Paul Savage outside Freemasons’ Hall, Leicester.

On Tuesday the 9th of October our hard working Deputy Grand Superintendent,  E Comp Paul Savage attended the Deputy Superintendents’  Forum  held at Freemasons’ Hall, Leicester.

The Forum is an opportunity for the Deputy Grand Superintendents of each Royal Arch Province in England an Wales to get together and discus all aspects of the Royal Arch.

The Forum was attended by The Most Excellent Second Grand Principal, Russell Race, The Most Excellent Third Grand Principal, Gareth Jones and The Deputies and Executive members of a large number of Provinces.

The ideas and initiatives to take the Royal Arch forward flowed freely, a thought provoking and useful discussion took place.

At the end of the Forum the hosts, The Provincial Grand Chapter of Leicestershire and Rutland put on a demonstration  of part of the Royal Arch exaltation ceremony, as worked in their Province which was appreciated by all who attended. A superb luncheon followed.

If you are in the area you should visit Freemasons Hall, it is one of the best Masonic Centres in the country, especially the wonderful “Holmes Lodge Room”.
