Hampden Chapter Principals, MEGS John Keeble and Provincial Team.

On Wednesday the 6th of February 2019, Hampden Chapter No 6483, celebrated fifty years since their consecration with a special installation meeting held at Aylesbury Masonic Hall. Our Most Excellent Grand Superintendent John Keeble, accompanied by his executive and acting officers of the year, had the pleasure of joining Hampden Chapter in their celebrations.

The Most Excellent Grand Superintendent and the visiting delegations were most warmly welcomed by the Principals and companions of Hampden Chapter.

More than sixty companions present at the convocation had the pleasure of enjoying the Installation of Terry Meek as First Principal and Mike Humphrey as Third Principal, Second Principal Elect Dave Vallis was not present is to be installed at a later date. The Installation ceremony was led in fine style by installing MEZ Colin Piper.

The convocation was followed by a hearty and happy festive board. The toast to the Founders of the Chapter was given by John Money who was exalted into Hampden Chapter in 1997, he knew many of the Founders and gave an interesting insight into the Founders characters and the history of the Chapter, ending his toast with the motto of the Chapter “Vestigia Nulla Restrorsum” “No way back”   Hampden with a membership of twenty eight and two candidates for exaltation at the next meeting along with their enjoyment of their convocations are certainly living up to their founders motto!

A wonderful meeting a happy festive board, altogether a fine example of the fraternal friendship displayed in the Royal Arch.
