On Monday the 21st of March, Grenfell Chapter, held a regular meeting of the Chapter at Slough Masonic Centre. The work for the meeting was a demonstration of the Exaltation ceremony, which was carried out to a high standard, led by MEZ Nigel Borcherds, of particular note was the outstanding delivery of the ritual by the Principal Sojourner, E Comp, William Readings. E Comp, Roy Lane delivered, the Royal Arch Charge or Long Closing perfectly, a joy for all who were present.
The Chapter is actively seeking new members, if you are looking for a Chapter to join, you will not do much better than joining Greenfell,, a Chapter that has served Freemasonry very well since 1909!
At the close of the meeting, after a few drinks at the bar, the companions dined together "steak and Kidney pudding" mmmmm. An enjoyable Masonic Evening.
