The Buckinghamshire First Principals Chapter No3305 was consecrated on the 17th December 1947 at Freemasons Hall, London by E.Comp Major A.G.T. Smith Grand Superintendant: assisted by E.Comps W.R.Andrews PAGSoj Prov G H., Rev Canon F.J. Howard MA PGStdB Prov G.J,. S.A. Nicholson PGStdB Prov G Scribe E.

The first Principals were:-

H. E Comp John Arthur Cabeldu PGStB, PPGJ.

J. E Comp The Rev Bernard W.Harvey M.A., P.G.S.N.

Exaltations do not take place in this Chapter, the work consists mainly of addresses, talks and lectures given by eminent Royal Arch Companions from far and wide, together with demonstrations and discussions of important matters affecting the Province and the Chapters of the Province.
